The worst piece of crap I ever bought!! January 20, 2009 Reviewer:  Dominique R. Ramos "upset mom" Real Name (San Diego,Ca,USA)  See all my reviews >

This stroller is the worst. It does not turn it does not move easy. The straps are a pain to use. Do not waste your money. My two year old was sleeping in the back and her head fell out of it! the basket is very hard to use. The cup holder on top for parents keeps braking off.It is just a piece of junk.....Just because it says Eddie Bauer does not make it a good product. They used to be really good but now I will never buy their stuff again. Their infant carseat is bad too.

Pleasently surprised! November 16, 2007 Reviewer:  Debra Rishmawi "debbie" Real Name (flushing, michigan)  See all my reviews >

Cons:

Harness straps: one is five point, one is three, the five point harness is cheaply done and there is no option to use only the three point part of it (some strollers have a detaching ability)it is hard to explain it but for some reason it just doesn't work well and my 6 month old screams as I am strapping him in and once he is in (he does stop screaming)he doesn't seem very secured by the shoulder straps.(the five point is in the "back" seat the three point in the "front" seat)

Seat size: not sure why the "front" seat is so much smaller then the "back" seat, it is still adaquit for my almost four year old (while in the inward facing position, haven;t turned him outward yet, as the whole point I bought this stroller was to face him toward the baby)but it is smaller.

Front Canopy: pointless (except maybe as a small sunshade), it is very small from front to back, when fully open the child is still exposed to wind or rain from pretty much all angles, this was disappointing. We removed ours since it served no useful purpose and sticks up pretty high off the seat back.

Snack Trays: won't hold much, pretty narrow, not much room inbetween the bottom of the tray and the seat itself, would be nice if they swiviled open instead of only detaching, if not for both at least the front seat. We completely took ours off as the baby does not need it and it was a nusense for the three and a half year old as he gets in and out often.

These our our major cons, the ones that we would like to see improved, that really would matter to our family. Insignificent cons such as a poor location of parent tray and small cup holder in parent tray and that the color appeared beigh on all of the pictures on the internet but ours is in fact a light army green, (kind of ugly).

PROS:

Overall Quality: seems to be made very well, sturdy, solid, nice looking. I see this stroller really lasting.

Pushing, Sterring, Turning (and weight): Excellent, Excellent, Excellent. Seriously, I was expecting a lot of dificulty here after reading other reviews and both my husband and I were like, "What's all the fuss about?". I have a six month old (17 lbs), a almost 4 year old (36 lbs) and an 8 year old (52 lbs). They have ALL been in it in every combination imanigable, in each seat possible and except when the 8 year old is in the "front" seat neither one of us have had any trouble. It turns so easily and pushes with no strain. I sterred it with my baby in the back seat and a tray of food in one hand and had NO problem getting to our table. The stroller wieghs about 35 - 40 lbs and pushing it we cannot tell, lifting it the weight is much more noticable but it is a double stroller. I wouldn't let my husband lift it for me as I will be alone most of the time with it and I got it into my mini van fine.

Other pro's: The seats seem to be comfortable, I asked the older two if they were (because I felt them and they actually seemed hard to me) and they were both in total agreence thet they were. The two way is way cool! With the two way position there is still plenty of room for feet. The basket is big and we had no big difficulty accessing it. The wheels are big and "powerful". Seats recline acceptabley well. Assembly was not hard. It folds and open as easy as any single I've had.

Overall: For us the pro's outweighed the cons this time. The pros are the big deals, the cons are like the iceing on the cake (except for the canopy).
I would recommend this stroller to a friend.

(My children are all different ages, I could see a problem with twins because the "front" seat does not recline all of the way and the back seat is much more infant friendly. With twins I would try the Contours Option Tandem Stroller by Kolcraft.

Not worth the money June 2, 2008 Reviewer:  MaggieM (Twin Falls Id)  See all my reviews >

I bought this stroller because my husband thought that it had the best features. My children are both small and it is TERRIBLE! My son weighs about 20lbs and then I have a 3 month old. This stroller is like pushing a tank. It doesn't steer well and forget about steering with one hand. You can't use the storage underneath. I'm now in the process of looking for another double stroller that I can actually use. Did I mention this stroller weighs about 100lbs. and lifting it in and out of our Truck is a nightmare, and I'm not a small woman. I'm so upset that I spent so much money for something that my husband and I both hate!! My advise is not to buy this stroller!!

There has got to be something better January 3, 2009 Reviewer:  L & B's Mommy (Raleigh, NC)  See all my reviews >

I did not expect a double stroller to be lightweight and super easy to use, by the nature of the beast.....but this is much worse that I could have imagined, it is impossible to turn or manuver and I always feel like a fool bumping into things. The seat positions are awkward and hard to adjust the straps, my 2 1/2 year old in the back has to practically lay down to fit. It does the job in a pinch, but I wish I would have researched more. It has an underneath storage space, but it is impossible to reach if you have two children actually in the seats.

Horrible stroller November 27, 2008 Reviewer:  J. Hofer "JennyPenny" Real Name (IA)  See all my reviews >

This stroller is horrible. My MIL thought we needed to buy it because it was a name brand stroller. The thing doesn't turn at all and is so hard to steer it's almost embarassing trying to go shopping with it. I can't go anywhere by myself because I can't steer it on my own. We've tried switching our older son (2) to the back and putting our 4 mo old up front and that doesn't help either. I wouldn't waste the money. We are currently looking for another stroller.

worst stroller ever October 5, 2008 Reviewer:  busymomof3 (PA, USA)  See all my reviews >

I DO NOT recommend this stroller to anyone. I have a two week old, and a 15 month old. It is very difficult to turn, extremely heavy and very big and bulky. It takes up a lot of space in my Chevy Tahoe. My 15 month old looks like a giant in the front seat. The back of the front seat only comes to the mid point of his back. The poor thing can't even sit comfortably in the front. Also, the front doesn't have a 5 point harness. Just a 3 point harness. Also, the straps are very difficult to adjust. The storage basket on the bottom is impossible to get into. I can't even return the stroller because I ordered it online and put it together, threw out the box, and used it one time before I wanted to cry. I would rate this stroller with 0 stars if given the option.

Not a Good Stroller February 7, 2008 Reviewer:  Meg22 "Meg" (Miwaukee, WI)  See all my reviews >

I bought this stroller because of all the nice features but it was DEFIANTLY NOT WORTH IT! Its super heavy and i cant pick it up by myself! The wheels have VERY VERY bad traction which makes it very hard to maneuver anywhere! I cant go anywhere without my husband because its so hard to control. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STROLLER TO ANYONE UNLESS YOU'RE A SUPER STRONG MOTHER WHOSE WILLING TO ENDURE THE FRUSTRATION THAT COMES ALONG WITH THIS STROLLER! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!

too hard to turn June 21, 2008 Reviewer:  mommyof2 (florida)  See all my reviews >

i have had this stroller now for about 16 months and am having to buy a new one it is to hard to turn now that my son is 3 1/2 yrs and my daughter is 16 months the flip around seat helps a little but not much. the bar for the storage bin is fixed by that i mean it does not have a spring in it so that you can push it down to fit stuff in. you can undo the snaps and put stuff in and redo the snaps but that gets old with two kids and having to do it numerous times it has served its purpose however. this is not a terrible choice its just better suited for i would say 22lbs and less children thats when it became difficult to steer. SUM OF IT ALL HEAVY, HARD TO STEER WITH HEAVIER CHILD, AND STORAGE BIN BAR THAT WONT MOVE TO PUT STUFF IN.

No Turning, but tough. August 29, 2008 Reviewer:  K. Dowdell Real Name (Phoenix, AZ)  See all my reviews >

Okay,
I have a 2 month old & a 3 year old. The thing doesn't turn in the front if you have the oldest sitting there. Very durable though and would suggest switching your children from oldest in front to youngest in front even with carseat.
Took it to the Zoo and was helpful. Very heavy!!
